The Roadhouse is the old Candy...

The Roadhouse is the old Candy Store, which was always a hit or miss club as far as the dancers went. Now it is somewhat upgraded. It's nicer inside but still nothing special, but fairly clean and overall decent. The entry fee is $10.00 per person. I knew they weren't making money that night because I gave them a $100.00 bill for entry for me and a friend and they didn't have change for it, so my buddy had to give them $20.00. We were greeted by the door lady Crystal who was very friendly and then one of the dancers, who was also friendly, don't remember her name, said "Welcome babies". LOL. My friend and I sat down at some leather seats then we were told that these were reserved VIP seats. I laughed since hardly anyone was in the club when we arrived and it stayed empty until closing time. Who were the VIP seats for? LOL! Me and my buddy sat down and were quickly approached by Kendra and Khloe, both above average looking and nice. The door girl Crystal approached my buddy and asked if he would like to buy Khloe a $10.00 drink. I paid for her drink since he paid the entrance fee. Oh, there is a one drink minimum and as soon as you sit down they ask what you want to drink. You have the choices of various sodas, iced tea, and I they advertised O'Doul's regular and dark although I don't remember Crystal mentioning those. Anyway, we both got iced teas in large paper Pepsi cups, a better deal than a lot of juice bars, but the tea was horrible, the worst I've ever had. I ended up buying 2 lap dances for myself with Kendra and two for my buddy with Khloe. I would HIGHLY recommended Kendra. The dances are all nude with lots of contact, two for $40.00 or 6 for $100.00 (if I remember correctly). The prices are high but considering the contact and that it's all nude, not a bad deal at all. So we hung out for a while but after we bought the dances the girls didn't hang out with us too much longer, maybe they thought we weren't going to spend anymore money on them? We decided to leave and struck up a conversation with the security guy David before we left. He was very friendly and talkative. We asked him why they closed at midnight and he said because of the law where you have to wear pasties after midnight and he said people want all nude and they won't make money with the girls wearing pasties, but the girls told me that when they leave at midnight there are guys wanting to get in and are turned away. They don't realize how much money they are losing because 1) a lot of people don't start arriving at strip clubs until 11:00 or 12:00 and 2) most of them could care less if the girls wear pasties, it's still pretty much all nude even if they do. If the club were open later definitely wouldn't have left when we did. Anyway, we talked to the security guy and the Kendra and Khloe passed us but didn't say goodbye or thanks for coming in or anything, which I think is horrible customer service. I don't remember ever spending money on a dancer and her not saying, something like, "Thanks, please come back, this is when I work", etc. I would go here again because of the contact and because it's the only all nude club in Columbus and maybe even in Ohio, although I think there might be a few left in Cleveland. The high points were the great dances, private and stage; the low points were the horrible iced tea and the girls we spent money on ignoring us when we left. Also, I doubt this club will last closing at midnight. They are missing all the casino patrons right across the street who want to come there after they are done gambling. This club will not make enough money being open from just 5:00 p.m. to midnight.
