I want to like Oasis, because...

I want to like Oasis, because it's closer to my home, is clean with a nice spacious restroom, and curries a better clientele than most of the in-town clubs. But my last trip on a Friday evening, which should have been rocking, turned out ho-hum.

I arrived around 9pm and managed to score a "reserved" high-top table by simply asking the waitress (who, by the way, was sweet and more attractive than most the dancers). So, I'm off to a good start, but only a handful of girls were even worth the time to wait for a dance, as the main floor was fairly crowded and they were in demand.

I was approached a few lesser girls who were nice enough, but I have to admit, something has happened to what used to be reasonable hands-on mileage. Oasis was always a club, in my mind, that ranked between Follies at the high end mileage chart, and Pink Pony at the relatively low end. On this Friday night, it was hands at my side only, by strict orders of each of the girls who danced for me - WTF? I couldn't even hardly rest my hand on my thigh so it'd brush the girls bottom or legs. I even asked one girl specifically about innocent stroking of her thighs, and she said no... :(
