I've been to Scruples many times over the past tens of years. In the early days the dancers were always topless, often the panties were worn only on one leg. These days, after doubtless legal issues, the dancers keep their panties on, on the stage at least. There is a good mix of dancers, sure to entice everyones taste; Asian, Russian, Hispanic, Afro, White, Girl next door, etc. While the dancers must keep their panties on while onstage, some find them contricting in the Lap Dance Area. Don't waste your time in the $10 dollar area, head straight for the $20 lapdance area with your lady of choice. Depending on the dancer, milage can be very high, higher than previously available in years past. I've even had offers of outside, Sugar-daddy meetings. YMMV.
