Visited the Gold Club again on...

Visited the Gold Club again on a Sunday afternoon on a recent trip to the Dallas area. Cover charge is only $10 all day and night on Sunday, and the lap dances, which are normally $20/song are also only $10. Unlike many clubs where “two for one” dance specials are a ripoff because the songs are cut very short, these half price dances are the real deal. I got there at about 2:00 pm and the place was practically empty. Dancers were using only the main stage and the satellite stages were empty at first. However, by about 3:30 there were more customers (still not crowded though) and the dancers began doing a 3-stage rotation. This gives you the chance to follow your favorite dancer from stage to stage, and in my experience, the action is a little more “in your face” at the secondary staged. I got talking to a very friendly, low pressure dancer and decided to try some lap dances with her. To my surprise, even though it was already half price day, she offered 5 songs for $40, a deal to which I readily agreed. She was awesome! I don’t recall her name, but it doesn’t matter because she told me that she was only going to be working there for a couple more weeks. She was so good, and so friendly that I gave her a $20 tip and she just couldn’t thank me enough - what a sweetheart! I would have done a lot more dances with her if I had worn darker slacks <g>. I’ve never had a bad dance at this club, but this was by far the best, even before factoring in the low cost.

Also tried the food for the first time. The club has a full kitchen with a pretty extensive menu, and the food turned out to be just as good as it looked. I’ve had much worse food in decent restaurants, so this was a pleasant surprise.

There seems to be a lot of dancer turnover and I only recognized a few faces (and other body parts) from previous excursions, but the quality of the dancers is generally high - mostly 6 - 8 with an occasional 9. I’ve never been in the VIP room ($35 admission I think), but if you hooked up with the right dancer and had a lot of cash on hand, the privacy might be worth the price.
