I stepped in Penthouse Sauget around...

I stepped in Penthouse Sauget around 9pm on a Saturday night. Actually was intending to go to Hollywood but the rain was too heavy to drive in the dark. Pleasantly found that Penthouse has improved a lot in terms of dancer quality from two months ago.

Bad weather is tricky: on the one hand you don't want to go out, and perhaps so are the dancers or they might be coming in late. But on the other hand also fewer patrons so you have more attention from the dancers and better seats. That is especially important on a Sat. night at Penthouse because this place can be VERY crowded.

That was the case that night. The club was pretty slow when I paid $12 and walked in. The club is very clean, with three stages and lots of seats. It also has a full mean for food, which is actually quite good. I saw several dancers chilling at the bar, and almost no customers. Later on, I found out there were about 10 dancers on duty at the time. Note: on weekends, there are actually two shifts. One is from 6pm to 2am, and another is from 10pm to close. So dancers still walked in as I was sitting there and chatting with a dancer I know.
