With the recent closure (albeit temporary) closure of Centerfolds 2000 in Oxford, Mario's has seen an influx of dancers in recent days. While this may sound like a good thing for the customer, Mario's itself has gone downhill in recent weeks.

Gone are the Sunday & Monday 2 for 1 lap dances. Big mistake in my opinion, as it drew in customers like myself on slow days. They still offer a free buffet, but do you really go to a strip club for the free food? No, I don't think so... No cover Sunday through Thursday, which is nice... but at the rate things are going, I doubt that will stay the way it is. I absolutely loathe paying cover charges.... I'd rather put that money into alcohol or VIP fees, so while the covers are free, I'll still go.

Also gone are lap dances under $35. What's even more ridiculous is the fees going to the house. $15 to the house and $20 to the dancer... it's amazing how greedy the owners have become. I was so deterred by this, I refused to get any dances whatsoever and stayed at the stage. I'd rather tip the girls so they get the money rather than giving 43% to the house.
