After getting a late start on...

After getting a late start on my day and then getting stuck in rush hour traffic, I finally arrive around 6'ish at the best club in Atlanta. I luck-up and get a high top almost upon arrival. I immediately get approached with the "wanna dance" question from several average looking dancers. I decline and try to quickly see who is working. I then hear the dj call a name I hadn't heard in a while to the Park Place stage. Sure enough, I recognize a familiar face from over a year ago. A VIP experience with her will make this trip memorable. I tip her on stage and ask that she come visit me when she gets off stage. She replies "yes", after she does a ld for another customer. True to her word she soon arrives at my table and we catch-up. I find out she left for Cheetah's soon after our last encounter, but is now retired. However, she sporadically appears here. We begin with a good ld and then I inquire about moving to VIP. She then tells me she has changed and no longer does VIP like I remember. Oh, what a disappointment! We do a couple of more ld's and then she is on her way. I believe she thinks she has met the "love of her life"; thus, the attitude change. I wish her well and that lucky SOB because she definitely has "skills".

Now for the bad part of this wonderful club. I stay after shift change to check out the night shift talent and as has been previously reported, the club takes on a different personality after 8:00 pm. Hopefully, the night shift doesn't ruin the Follies experience for everyone. Even though management makes a frequent announcement about the pot smoking, no one seems to care. Now even the dancers are blatantly participating and the customers act as if their at the crib. Until GA joins CO and WA we still have to practice some confidentiality.
