This has got to be my favorite strip club in New York. I visited pretty much all the clubs in Manhattan and most in the Queens area, and Gallaghers does not disappoint. Since it is in Queens, the venue itself is rather large with lots of comfortable seating. The drinks are reasonably priced for the area and the bartenders are very friendly. There are three main stages: the bar stage, the "middle" stage and the back stage. The back stage is rarely used, and although we went on a Saturday it was quieter than usual (most likely due to the upcoming New Year holiday). A friend and I immediately entered and took the seats towards the middle stage, where we quietly talked and sipped on our drink. The girls here are not pushy and will generally give you a good conversation. They are consistently good looking and you'll definitely see some 8-9s. The average would be about 7, but that is a consistently high number for me. Lots of Asian/Latino/Eastern European if that's your type. I enjoyed the conversation with many girls, and purchased about 10 lap dances from different girls. The mileage is also consistently good, which is definitely a plus. It is the best you can get in NYC, and for the reasonably priced club (only $15 cover and $20 lap dances with postpay, which is better than a lot of places), it is definitely worth the time. I couldn't ask for more: a place with respectable, good looking girls and great dances at a reasonable price. If you're in New York, Gallaghers is the place to go.
