I was in Montreal for an overnight trip, staying downtown, so I checked out Club Downtown. I've been to other Montreal clubs before, and some are great and some not so. I'm a fan of Club Downtown. First of all, $10 for a dance is awesome value compared to the US clubs. There were several smoking hot women dancing... 8-10 in rating. Not all were knockouts, but most were. The back room dances are very private, but you need to go upstairs to get there. It leads to the anticipation, perhaps, but it's a pretty long walk! The girls I encountered were all friendly, as was the staff. There was minimal badgering for tips or dances, so I was mostly able to relax. That's exactly what I'm looking for in a club.

The quality of lap dances was quite good, and of course the patrons are allowed to touch. Strange Montreal rules: patron touches dancer, but not the other way around. That is the opposite of what's typically found in US clubs.

Overall, the place was a good value and enjoyable, and I'll return someday.
