It was a random day off, so decided to go over and scope out Show Palace out in LIC.

Getting there - The walk to Show Palace from the train was straightforward, no fears for any city dweller -- but it IS under the overpasses so if you're visiting or not comfortable walk with a partner. Not much in the way of services, but there's a taxi stand a block away so you can always grab a cab out of there when you're done.

The club - Pretty damned nice. Main club is like a cavern (compared to Manhattan clubs), rather awesome main stage with three poles and a LED display backdrop, a smaller 2 person pole stage by the large bar, another stage back with the VIP seating area. There's a second floor with a bar and a couple of stages as well, open when it gets particularly busy. Brand new chairs, chandeliers on the ceiling, yadda yadda. Done up pretty nicely.
