Followed instructions as posted by other members in parking/crossing border with couple of friends. Relatively less crowded in early evening, but quality of girls dramatically improved after 9PM. This place is a hottie paradise, saw all grades from 5-10, fake to real, money goes a long way - negotiated prices at $60-70. We did go and check out Adelita's as well, but felt the quality was sub-par (YMMV) compared to HK, but one in our gang was able to score one at $50. I guess you get what you pay for. Certain to visit this place when I visit SD again. 8 for value, as it is not the cheapest place in TJ.
