I hadn't been there in a...

I hadn't been there in a very long while. So long ago that they now have a VIP room ($25) with three "stalls," if you will. Last time I was there, it was just an open area with a second pool table. Yeah, that long ago. Still a pool table, T-shaped stage, bar. There was a posted $5 cover, but apparently, early in the afternoon they don't collect it.

I stopped in on Jan. 2, and after my eyes adjusted to the low lighting, I saw three girls working. Two "working mom" types as you'd expect and a cute little spinner mom named Katie, and probably about three or four other clients. Saw some come in and go fairly quickly, and each of the girls was semi-attached to a client.

Sat ringside and was greeted right away and chatted for a bit with Katie. Then, with the other two (Donna and, um, drat. Can't remember the third girl's name. Will update later) came by and sat and chatted. Tipped $1 or so a dancer. Got a feel for the place - Very nice; no apparent drama. Thanks after dances for the tips and everything!
