So from a guy's perspective I would find all the reviews posted to be pretty on point. We are from the Northeast and were checking out Dallas clubs, since we travel there frequently There is definitely a very "nice" vibe and quality to the lodge. It is classy, safe and extremely welcoming to most. It had the vibe of the invests of men's clubs, and not the entertainment aspect other places have (like Delilah's in Philadelphia). The lone dancer performing here and there almost seemed awkward.

I did feel that it's mostly a guys place, and older guys at that. The dancers were very laid back and seemed reluctant to engage with me once when my date encouraged it. I am 35, 5'8" and 135lbs and my date was perplexed by the lack of attention once we expressed interest. No one was rude, they just seemed reluctant. My date suggested that we go to the VIP area, but wasn't sure the reception would be any better. Rather than be uncomfortable,or push the issue (we had already interacted with three dancers) we went elsewhere on tuscl as more couples friendly (BabyDolls). We wanted the quality and exclusivity of somewhere like the Lodge, so would appreciate any suggestions on where to go or what to do differently.
