After reading some reviews from Google, I was skeptical about visiting this club. But I had just come from Mocambo's (to be reviewed later) and was just not satisfied, plus I just had some extra time on my hands so I said, "fuck it!" and headed to Hyattsville. This club is in the cut, so I definitely recommend a GPS if you don't know the area. Parking was free, in a warehouse district and all the cars were perpendicular in order to get more vehicles in. I didn't have much trouble finding parking. Caution: DON'T BRING YOUR CELL PHONE as I did and had to make a return trip to the vehicle. The cover is a very steep $20 (at least steep for me) and I asked a guy heading to his car if it was worth it to which he gave an emphatic "hell yeah!" So I wasn't worried. I was frisked (again) and there was lots of security so I didn't feel to concerned about anything crazy jumping off. When I got inside--oh damn!--the club was jumping. I headed to the bar to get a drink and realized that its BYOB so I ended up getting a Canada Dry and just took in all of the MANY beautiful sights. It's basically a big warehouse with two stages (a main and one side) in the middle. The club was packed, but not too crowded (oh, I forgot to mention that dude said there was an "after party" that started at 2:30). Around the stage were several chairs with dudes getting full contact grinding laptops. I asked the bouncer (who told me to stay on the carpet and out of the aisle) how much these dances were and he said $10. Ten bucks to feel up these lovely ladies?? Okay, that seems like a good deal to me. They kept their gstrings on in the chair but went full nude on stage. The stages had 30 foot poles which the ladies were not afraid to scale and were very impressive at doing so! Although there were lots of ladies there, I didn't really get pressured for any dances and I didn't really stay long enough to get any--this was a recon mission, mainly and I was getting tired. Plus I was rolling solo and plan to come later with my boyz. VIP (where the dude told me to stay on the carpet) was small, but it was basically more comfortable chairs and (slightly) more "exclusive" (read prettier) dancers. I read somewhere that you have to tip the bouncer just to get in and then the ladies start charging you $15 per dance, but don't quote me on this one. All in all, I would give Fuego a solid B+ which could easily have been an A- if I'd gotten what appeared to be a very nice lapdance and a Crown and Coke!
