With the closing of Pleasant Moments, and the prior closings of Keystone and Teddie, BC has returned to the status of number one. The quality of the dancer has improved marginally, and high mileage lap dances remain available. The problem is that the number of patrons has increased ten-fold, and therefore this is no longer a bargain place to go, and dances seem to be rushed because there is usually a line of people waiting to get into one of the two back rooms.
