This was my first time...

This was my first time at Vic's. It is a rough neighborhood as the other reviews stated. I was a little worried about my car as well as walking to and from the club. I hung around and waited to get a spot very close to the club.

At the door I paid $5 and security patted me down. Inside the place was packed. Customers were 90% black, a few latinos, and I think I was the only white guy. People were cool to one another, everyone minds their own business. I did feel kind of awkward because it was so packed, like sardines- that to move across the floor you had to squueze between people, etc. There were about 12 Rick Ross look alikes in the club, and I tried to be careful and not step on their feet as I squuezed through the crowd of dudes grinding into chick's asses everywhere you looked.

There was a dj, setting the mood with hip hop club bangers.
