This past weekend I decided to finally visit Take One Lounge on 79 st. The small parking lot outside the club was completely packed so it took a while to find a spot. Although I'm not usually, I was concerned with safety with this club because of all the rumors and the past shootings. There were three cop cars in the area and the security guard owes me dinner for the way he patted me down. Any ways since it was after 12 the cover charge was 20 bucks. The inside of the club was packed. There were tons of guys and girls sitting all around the bar. The girls weren't dancers but they were dressed pretty nice. It took a while for me to get a drink and actually find a girl to et a dance from. Most of the dancers inside the club were busy. The ones I did see were pretty hot and had a nice bottom. I'd rate the girls in there at 7-8. I've only seen finer black women at the office. I didn't notice a VIP area in Take One but I assume takeout is possible. Even though a small skirmish did break out in the club security handled it pretty quickly. Overall I would definately check this place out again on a quiet nite when it's not so packed. LOL on a random side note one of the dancers looked just like someone I knew from high school. She is a dancer at tootsies but I didn't get a clear view of her face.
