For a Portland club this place is ok. I have been a bit disappointed with the Portland selection. ROUGE also has an owner who comes there and likes to show off in front of customers. The girls are arrogant so it is not as much fun as it could be. The should look to get more girls because the girls there now would almost rather play poker than chat up customers. What us with all the fake gangsters and girls who like to get pipped out? Two of the dancers here always have their pimps around, I dont understand.
