I visited Kama Sutra a little bit after Midnight and there were 6 dancers on. The club has four poles, 3 of which always have a girl on them. They did a rotation where a new girl would come on at the first pole, and the girl at the first pole would move to the back pole, and that girl would move to the main stage. Some of the girls seemed to care about dancing and looking sexy, but most of them just focused on showing their bodies and walking around the pole. After they finished on the main stage, they would go in the back for a drink or smoke, and then come out to offer dances. There is a menu of services like "lesbian show" but don't try to ask for any of these, as I did and there was a complete ripoff, they didn't even speak English well enough to know what that meant. The club overall seemed relatively clean and safe. I've heard from locals that this is one of the best and safest local clubs in Sofia.

One frustrating thing was that some of the prettiest girls never game out to give private dances. Those that did give them gave private dances in your lap at your booth. The girls seemed to be traditional Bulgarian girls with dark hair. Most of them were well shaped, about 10% had very nice sized boobs, and another 10% were a little too pudgy for me. None of the girls removed their bottoms, but you could touch a little and the panties weren't hiding much.
