I visited this strip club after...

I visited this strip club after seeing an ad in the local newspaper, and seeing it off the freeway. This will be the first and last visit to this club. I don't know how this club was marked number 3 on this website or number 1 for the Saint Louis Area. I went in before 7 pm so I entered free. I sat at the bar, and was greeted by a cute bartender. The bartender asked me about a drink. I asked for a diet coke with no ice. She then said that should would have to charge double for no ice. I said okay light ice. I did ask if I went with no ice being charged twice if it counted for two drinks as I mentioned the two drink minimum. She said no. I accepted this. I continued to watch women on the stage and the videos being played on the TVs. I paid for another drink. Dancers went by me, and either leaving the floor or talking to another customers. One of the dancers came by and sat with me. After a few introduction minutes, we went into the private dance areas. After the dance, I sat on the floor chairs. This was when it went south. Another waitress came to me asking about a drink, and I told her I already had my 2 drink minimum, and pointed to the bar waitress. She left and a few minutes later came back asking about the drink. I was totally confused. She explained to me that I needed to have continuous drinks while in the club. I went to the bar waitress and asked for the empty glass I had used for the soda. It ended up a total mess to me. The manager started talking to me, and I came closer to hear what he was saying to me. I was trying to understand the drink policy. He did say that I still needed a drink. I came back with a statement that I wont be able to dance with the dancers or dancers wont get any of the money. He responded that this is a bar first and since I didn't pay any cover that I should be buying a drink. In awe, I asked about if I leave the place will I need to buy a drink. The manager said yes. I ordered another soda, and left. Since this is only a bar, and not really a strip club according to the manager, I won't be visiting this bar again.
