I haven't written a review of Brass Flamingo in a while, as I had curtailed my strip club excursions due to lack of money. However, my financial situation has changed recently, so it was time to visit my old haunt.

When I last visited BF about six months ago, the experience the club offered had degraded pretty dramatically. Where BF once had a bevy of very attractive dancers(approaching Tampa quality, close but not quite), at the end of my run the girls were all scrawny, heavily tattooed young pillheads. Pills have hit Pasco county very hard in the last few years, replacing cocaine as the drug of choice for strippers. Where BF was once a place where you could sit and drink with a beautiful woman who didn't give you the hard sell, it had become a place where a near comatose stripper would groggily ask you for a dance withing the first two minutes of meeting you. I am happy to report that things have changed for the better at the "Dirty Bird". New management? Maybe.

I arrived at around 3PM on a Friday, perfect time to scope out the day shift girls AND just before the midshift crew arrived. I was pleasantly surprised. The dayshift girls were all fairly attractive, save for one chubby white girl with a pink streak in her hair. I get the sense that she is more familiar with black strip clubs, and her personality and mercenary ways will not jibe with the easygoing vibe BF tries to achieve. Other than her, there was a cute blonde girl who danced to country(always a nice change from hip hop), a brunette girl who appeared to be fit and healthy, and an assortment of cute 22 year olds who were more than willing to sit and chat without "buy me a drink" pressure. You can meet a former porn star named Dynamite on dayshift---if you ever wanted to have a dance from a 4'11" redhead with ginormous fake boobs, this is your girl. I'm quite certain fun can be had in the private dance rooms with her.
