In my opinion, the best strip club in Phoenix. Lots of variety. Girls are friendly and available without being overly pushy. Bouncers stay out of your way as long as your not a complete ass.

Lap dance quality will vary greatly depending on the dancer and how well you know her, and ultimately how well she likes and trusts you.

BTW, I don't buy into the idea that all strippers only care about your money and that one guy is the same as the next. Yea, at some clubs this holds true and I'm sure also does with some of the girls at the Hi-Liter. That being said, many of the girls here develop "regular" customers whom they get to know and trust and they get treated better, whether it's for one $10.00 lap dance or when blowing a couple hundred at a sitting. If you do your homework and treat the girls with respect and courtesy you will find yourself rewarded for your efforts.
