Recenlty visited Sugars (1/29/04) having not been back in over a year. Layout is the same: small, little privacy, rather uncomfortable seating IMHO.

Allegedly Sugars is under new management. Clearly, the quality of women has dropped which is why I give a 7 for this review.

Of around 25 dancers, I found only 2 to my liking (worthy of $20 every 4 minutes anyway). Long gone are the hot UT Coeds of years past. The dancers were very much of the "girl next door" type. Nothing particularly spectacular nor unspectacular about them. I would rate the ladies on average to be 6's and 7's.
