Stopped by the club for the first time. It was really clean and well laid out. Seemed like a lot of private dance space. They have two stages, one in front and another behind the bar, that did not seem as active. San Diego is a bit odd with the mandatory space between the seats and the dance floor. The music was a good blend of upbeat tunes. It was played low enough that you could actually have conversations. Door guy was cool. I arrived right at the shift change, so he discounted the entry to $8, which included a drink. That kind of thing makes me feel welcome and happy to spend my money in the club.
There was a very healthy selection of dancers. Probably 7 or 8 girls there from the day shift and another 10 arrived between 6 and 6:30. Something for everyone. They had the hottest line of black dancers I have ever seen at one club. Some of the dancers were not quite as fit, but no really plump ones, and they were all attractive. I would say there were as many 9's as 7's. Nothing really lower than that. Someone else commented in a prior post that they probably draw a large number of girls from the local colleges, and I could see that. Lots of really sexy experienced dancers and an even larger number of newer, young dancers that look like the girls you would run into on campus.
What was really cool about this club was the steady flow of dancers taking the stage. One would step up to the pole while the last one was still dressing. most all of them did pole tricks. This is definitely the place to go to watch dancers or to hang with the boys on a night out. I tipped $3 per dance, and the girls seemed genuinely happy for the tips.
