Platinum Plus is quite the contender...

Platinum Plus is quite the contender in the Lexington scene. You get some quality adventure for a quality price and the talent can be pretty nice too. Let's start with the basics. If you've read the previous reviews, you'll learn that the layout of this club is garbage. I still give a good rating because it isn't run down. You have the standard SC rolling chairs that are poorly placed in one large room. Bars are well-placed however and the "pole" is nothing really to write home about.

Dances can be negotiable and I think this is an unspoken trait. Most dancers will be willing to swing you a deal so it doesn't hurt to ask. You'll find plenty of 6-7s, with a few 8s, and a rare 9. The Saturday evening I went there was an overflow of patronage. Bars were lined, no seat was free. Patrons were gathering near the private dance area entrance to wait for seating. So you are forewarned, go early and risk the chances of not finding a seat.

On one occurrence I went after midnight and the crowd had died down considerably, also there was no trouble securing a good dance deal. I usually flip a coin between here and the Rhino. If you're looking for a party vibe, this is seemingly your place.
