I stopped by Cabaret Royale this Monday afternoon at 3:00. From the other reviews and my own experience the afternoon shift gives you more bang for your buck.

$1 to get in and $5.75 for beer until 4:00 then happy hour price $3.00. No need to pay extra to go upstairs to VIP.

I wanted to drink about 3 beers and leave with a smile on my face. All for less than $100. I was not disappointed. As soon as I sat down very nice Hispanic girls started to come by and sit on my lap.
