Stop 2 of a haitus-busting trip; major disappointment, compared to previous visits. Out of maybe 7 dancers, only 1 was remotely in shape. The rest were chubby/flabby with faces like the president of the LAUSD school board. Even the waitress has chubbed up. Oh yeah, the extremely hot Holly was also there, but she never danced and stayed in back except for one direct visit to an apparent regular who asked after her.

Drink push as hard as ever. Fortunately, only 2 girls approached me in the hour I was there so I only had to drive off the waitress twice. No, make that three times; I was asked to buy the lady a drink once while she was talking to me from the stage, and the waitress happened to be by me!

The really irritating thing was how low-energy it was. Mostly three song breaks between stage dances. Practically no girls working the room; all staying in back, going outside to smoke, or laying on benches talking to each other. Several PLs on-site, so no excuse. Lazy and boring. This place is relatively expensive ($10 daytime admission compared to $5 at most places), plus a drink; they need to work a little harder rather than relying on their reputation as the Dirty Bird. Altho to be fair on many occasions in the past I have had a good time here and seen attractive dancers; today was just flat-out bad and it was particularly disappointing since I had not been out for awhile. Well, I hope my $8 in tips to the 4 girls who danced in an hour was satisfactory, because that's all I spent today.
