I drove to Dayton (again) hoping...

I drove to Dayton (again) hoping Flamingo's would be showing some signs of life and was disappointed. Since I was ready to see some naked women, I went to the next bar on the right which was Harem. Upon entry, I saw that the place was more open than I prefer and the ceiling is higher resulting in the music echoing. It's a good thing I don't go to the bar for the music.

I tipped the dancers at the stage. Some of them, I hoped would come to my table so I could get dances from them. Others, not so much. One girl I hadn't tipped came over and offered me two for one dances in the "private"room. It turned out to be one big open room lined with couch all the way around. There was only one other dancer with a customer in there, at the opposite end and they were absorbed by their own pursuits. The girl, whose name escapes me, wasn't a follower of rules. She placed my hand on her backside and had her hands all over me. (Please don't misunderstand. I enjoyed it and wasn't offended. I just don't expect that sort of service in Ohio) She tried to negotiate another series of dances, but I was already wound up, so I went back to my table to calm down enough to walk back to my car.

Another girl came over and I bought her a drink (not an inflated "dancer drink price") and we talked for a while. She informed me that a number of the girls from Flamingo's came to Harem. I recognized one of them (she had gotten possessive about me while she worked at Flamingo's). Unfortunately, I didn't see Jesse (waitress) or Sequoia (dancer) from Flamingo's (if you know where they are, please send me a message). The girl that was having a drink with me was also rather unkind about the other dancers ("That girl is gross" or similar negative comments). I wish the girls would learn to keep negativity to themselves. It was just that sort of negativity that prompted me to end my evening early. If the conversation had been cheerful and relaxed instead of petty and jealous, I probably would have stayed for another 2 hours.
