Went to this club with a few friends late on a Friday night. One of our friends was female, so we acted like a couple and get in w/o a cover charge. She also got a free glass of champagne however she had to ask for it. The club itself is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. There is a main stage with two smaller stages on each side. The dancers would usually get down to g-strings on the side stage before heading to the main stage for full nude. There were a fair amount of customers there, but plenty of places to seat, we easily got great seats right by the stage. The bar was nicely stocked and didn't break the bank either.

There were plenty of girls on duty that night, most of them were nothing too special, however there were a few hotties as is normal anywhere. All the girls were very friendly though, it was great watching them interact with the female in our group. Went to the VIP room for a lap dance and had a great time. Lots of contact of her half, not so much the other way. However she did get fully nude and made it a legit dance, not a cop-out 60 second song. The girls do circulate quite a bit, at the end of the night they walked around with shooters. One of my friend bought a round and got a chair dance with a ridiculous amount of contact, pretty much a full lap dance in itself. Pricewise, things did add up as the night went on, but a large stack of singles can keep you by the stage for quite a while with a large amount of attention from the girls.

Overall I think Silk is a fun place, a great way to spend a weekend night. Can't speak to the clubs atmosphere during more down times, but will say it is a good place to go with like-minded friends. It is a little far out for people living in Madison, not as easy to get to as Visions, but overall better quality. I would recommend Silk to others around the Madison area. They aren't too many clubs in the area, but this one is my top pick.
