Platinum Plus continues to run very hot and cold. Two recent visits are good examples of what I am talking about.

In one visit I stopped in on a Sunday after not visiting for several weeks. There were about a dozen dancers working; a few who looked familiar. I sat and had a beer. As always Happy Hour pricing was very reasonable, and the wait staff was very friendly. Suddenly the DJ called up one of my favorites who I hadn't seen in months. Although she was one of the more popular dancers there, I hadn't been in when she was working, I tipped her on the stage, and she recognized me immediately, even though I'm not what you could call a regular. After her set she came by and we had a nice long conversation. After a while she inquired if I was interested in a dance and we went back for a 2 for 1. Hed dancing was as great as ever, with lots of high milage touching. I was certainly glad I stopped.

Afew weeks later I was in Columbia again and stopped by. This time I wasn't as lucky. Even though it was the same day of the week, and about the same time, they seemed to have a totally different set of dancers. Very few piqued my interest. One skinny young girl stopped by and snuggled up to me. She didn't say a whole lot, but eventually asked if I wanted a dance. She quoted a price that wasn't too far from what I liked to pay. When I asked how much for 2 she simply doubled the price of one (no volume discount). I thought I'd take a chance anyway. While she was good looking, she gave a very mechanical. low mileage, by-the-numbers dance. When she was done I paid her and went back to my table, but then, after looking around at the rest of the dancers, decided to cut my losses for the night and leave.
