Wednesday evening from about 8pm to 9pm was very slow; only about four girls on duty and a couple of customers. According to the little hotty that spent most of the hour with me, the Paper Moon is still on probation and the private VIP area cannot re-open for about another six months. After that, she expects the club to get back to a more normal operation with greater attention to discretion than before the bust. Meanwhile, it’s the only place in Little Rock to have a drink and enjoy the show.
