Went to the Playmate on a Wednesday afternoon. After walking down the stairs, you come into the main body of the club. No door fee, seeing as how it's still early.

The club has one stage, with seats around the stage, some tables from which you can see the stage, and also some booths away from the action. A number of TVs dotted around are showing porn, except for one showing TSN. There is a pool table, and a bar.

Waitress is friendly enough: calls me "hon" and apologises for the cost of the bottled water. There are around 10 dancers here, but given there's only about 10 guys in the club, that's not a bad thing. Most of them are just standing around chatting. The stage shows aren't continuous - no real surprise at this time of day - but there's a girl to watch often enough to stop you getting bored.
