HiLiter is a standard visit for me when I'm in Phoenix. Always a great selection of girls and the provide great dances. VIP dances are not really worth it... they aren't that private. Stick to the table dances, the quality of dances don't really change from the table to VIP. Depending on the girl they can be a little more friendly. They are is always a lot of girls to choose from and most of them are hot. I recommend choosing a spot against the wall... you'll have more girls approach you because they have easier access to you.
