While on an off season vacation...

While on an off season vacation to Myrtle Beach, we spent Halloween at The Masters. The club itself was very nice, cleaner and kept up better than most (even though the women's restroom had neither paper towels or toilet paper). The dancers were also more attractive than most with a nice variety of size, shape, ethnicity, hair coloring, etc. We were not hassled for drinks or private dances and the staff, including the dancers, were all very friendly. We enjoyed the costumes but the costume contest was lame. Many of the dancers seemed bored and were, therefore, boring. We found it especially annoying when they were chewing gum on stage. Attitude is everything for us which led us to indulge in a table dance from Lauren who was dressed as Strawberry Shortcake - very cute! The service was excellent - a big thanks to Jessica! We were baffled by the lack of action at the tip rail. Since it appeared the dancers chose when they would be on stage to some degree, the lack of tipping at the stage meant there was not a lot going on on stage quite a bit of the time. Many of the dancers chose instead to hang out at the tables with the customers, especially the regulars, and did not circulate much. As a couple, only a minority of the dancers seemed to know what to do with us but we had a good time and agreed that we would return if we ever came back to Myrtle Beach.
