Haven't been here in at least...

Haven't been here in at least 5 or 6 years, decided to go check it out as it was my favorite, "back in the day." Got there just before the 7:00 review. First impression wasn't the best, drove past the door and thought I was in the wrong lot - not a good feeling on 8 mile in the D at night! Got hailed by the valet just as I was about to pull out and then went inside to sit at the bar. No cover then, friendly bouncer and good bartender. Paid $15 for a glass of wine which is way too much. Quality of dancers I saw was very good - I saw 3 or 4 during the review that I would have enjoyed spending some time with, but there were only about 7 or 8 girls total. I really don't get why so many clubs have such loose scheduling for night shift. After the review they were rotating the same four girls, but a few more straggled in up through 8 o'clock or so although I never saw them come out. Club is nice inside, but not posh. Would have probably been ok if there was some more talent in the place. And one other observation just for grins - I have never been in a club where there were so many smartphones in use! Everyone was on their smartphones; dancers, bouncers, management, bartenders, all of them! Not saying it affected the service (well maybe the dancers), but it was amusing, and I think a club owner would be pissed to see it. All in all this visit was positive enough for me to maybe go back and try again. If the talent quality stays that high but the quantity picks up I could be a regular here, but I'm not sure the prices are worth it while they try to rebuild their clientele. There's much more to be had just down the street at PHC.
