Two recent visits to the Mardi...

Two recent visits to the Mardi Gras have proved to me that Sunday afternoons there are better than weekend nights at most other clubs. Where else in the region on a Sunday will you find more than a dozen girls, many of them stunners and almost all worth a look? Between my two visits, I had 7 PDs, all but one better than average. (The one was with a rather confused young lady who was preoccupied with whether the garlic she'd had for lunch was evident. It’s the only time I’ve ever tipped a dancer with a roll of breath mints.) MG girls, more than anywhere else except perhaps Kahoots/Vernon, give the impression that they’re actually glad to see you, that they enjoy their work. I should make special mention of particularly pleasurable encounters with a petite brunette named Lilah, and my current favorite, Pamela, who, while probably older than most of her colleagues, and marginally more expensive, is extraordinarily slim, supple, and enthusiastic. I hadn’t been back to the ‘Gras in a while, but I expect I’ll visit more often.

Incidentally, the current PD atmosphere, at least in the afternoons, is much more relaxed than it used to be, when the den mother used to cruise the PD room with her clipboard interrupting the dancers. There is a bouncer on a platform looking down on the PD and bar areas, but he’s unobtrusive provided the customers are respectful. Which is as it should be.
