Came here after starting the night...

Came here after starting the night at Shady Lady. Walked in, and knew my night was picking up. If Shady Lady reminds me of every corporate strip club I have ever been in (except for the weird dinner theatre layout) Temptations reminds me of every dive. I usually like the dives better. I feel like the corporate clubs are just a hustle, while in the dives, the girls work hard for the money. While the overall quality of the girls was better in the Shady Lady, I was right about how the girls at Temptations would work it. Within 10 minutes of sitting down an attractive blonde sat down next to me and asked me for a dance finishing with "I'm a nice girl, not like these other girls in here." I passed, telling here that I was not a nice boy, and we would probably not get along. The very next girl to come by was like a waitress, telling me exactly what was on the menu, and how fresh the fish was..., I passed as she wasn't my type. I managed to find about four girls there who ere my type, including one asian spinner that was exceptional, and had a great time getting dances from all of them.

Only two negatives about the lapdance area. First, it is not private, it is a long narrow room with couches along one wall, and windows that go up about two-thirds of the facing wall. If you don't like getting your freak on in full view of others, you are not going to be happy. Me, I liked being able to window shop for my next dance partner. Second that wall with windows was empty space for about the top one-third. Not a problem until this little gnome popped here head up to do a couch count. The first time it happened a nearly through my dance partner through the wall I was so startled. When I confirmed she was just counting heads and not counting head I relaxed and enjoyed my dances.

All in all, this place runs a close second to my all time favorite club, Inner Room in Cocoa Beach. Inner Room is out ahead because of better looking dancers (on average), more dancers, and the cost of a dance is half the price at IR as it is at Temptations (the lapdance area in IR is also darkened). If I am ever in KC again I know where I will be spending my nights (and money).
