Walk into a lobby, ring the bell for service and the available girls come to the window, where you pick the one you'd like to spend time with. You are paying to rent the private room, and the time with the girl. Don't waste your money on longer sessions, only do the 20/40 minute one.

From here your lady will take you to a room for two, and she'll ask you to get comfy.... just get naked. I went twice, and threw out $100 tip each time, that seemed to cover it, as both chics got completely naked and let my hands wander everywhere.
