This is gonna be an odd review, since most of the highlights probably sound a little negative. We visited on a Saturday night, and there were almost no dancers to be had and only a few girls hustling drinks, all of which were with their regulars. The place felt kind of dead as far as clubs go. And yet...

One girl made all the difference. The manager, a dark haired beauty named Carisaa, all by herself made up for it. She was personable, attentive, incredibly sweet, and even got up and danced once she realized there weren't any dancers in the club. So the lack of action really turned out to be a non-issue, all because the club made a smart decision and has someone running the joint that's worth seeing. probably just by being herself. Because of Carissa this turned out to be one of the better outings I've had in a while, even if it wasn't really a traditional strip club adventure.

That said, I'll be back. If you're looking for the traditional strip club experience, the Thoroughbred Lounge may not be for you. But the manager makes it a place worth visiting. If you could stock a club with girls like her it'd be a money maker, that's for sure. As it is, its good people, which makes for a good night.
