I was in Manitowoc on a Wednesday night when I decided to stop in. Beer was reasonable at $3.50 a bottle,

so I settled in and stayed for a while. There was a rotation of five dancers, some who would take off the G-string and others who wouldn't. Stage tipping was encouraged, and the ladies went around the bar for 'dollar dances' after their sets in their thongs and high heels.

Top hat is a friendly enough club, although the girls did tend to stick around their regulars after their sets and weren't heavily into circulating other than the obligatory dollar dance. There was lap dancing, but it was sort of hands off on the guys part, although some of the ladies did some fair one way contact. You have to pay the bar directly for lap dances, which I found kind of a bummer. While not the high mileage capital of Wisconsin it was still a fun place to hang out, even on a night which one of the girls said was the 'slowest' night of their week.
