I don't know why Club R...

I don't know why Club R doesn't get moved higher on the list for Portland. As far as downtown goes, I've found it to be the nicest club to visit.

Anyway, on my last trip on a Wednesday night, there were about 15 girls working. the dancer quality was high (its not NY, Vegas or Dallas) but girls are largely attractive and lapdance worthy. The twins on stage that pass out their cards is pretty amazing. There was a good variety to suit all tastes. The beers are fairly cheap.

I do enjoy the setup. the two stages are easy to find a seat at. the dance areas are fairly private and pretty good mileage. nothing over the legal lines, but good. I didn't get a private this last trip as I was tired. in the past, they are thumbs up. Overall, I encourage PLs to support this place so it doesnt go away like Cabaret (on a relative basis Rouge is 2x better!)
