It had been about five years...

It had been about five years since my last visit to the Bunny Ranch and I was curious what it was like there these days.

The Bunny Ranch is easy to get to from Reno. Just a few minutes east on highway 50 from Carson City. There is not much signage, but there is some, so know roughly where it is and keep your eyes open (especially at night) or let your GPS tell you. Otherwise you may have to double back.

The whole Bunny Ranch atmosphere is a light-hearted party one. This starts even as you are driving in. There are roadsigns of rabbits humping, and then a small stretch where the signs indicate that the speed limit is "69". There is ample parking and it was not that busy on the night I arrived.
