Finally stopped in last night to...

Finally stopped in last night to check out the place. I was create with the standard code, "may I see your ID?" Which likely alerts the whole bar a newbie just walked in. I ordered a couple of drinks and sat down. Everyone was quiet and kept their eyes on me, so I made small talk with Dinah.

After getting my drinks I asked Gina if I could join her. She was nice and talked me for a while. Eventually asked how I heard about the place. I mentioned "my friends" told me about it months ago, and I just hadn't been able make it in until tonight. Dinah asked if I wanted to buy Gina a drink, and said it was $20. I said sure, gave her money, and noticed the whole bar kind of exhale.

The bar is on the end of a strip mall, and it is pretty small. Really there is only room for two pool tables, a small dance floor, a juke box, and the bar. Of course there are restrooms also. The bar had a nice selection, but not enough mixers to make a couple of drinks I wanted. Behind the bar at three flat screens. Most of the night the hostesses put money in the juke box (the modern digital kind), and I contributed as well.
