Visited the Red Parrot on a Wednesday afternoon and then again in the evening.

The club is easy to get to both night and day even without GPS since it is on Gateway - a street which runs right parralel to the I-10 for its length in El Paso. Parking was adequate for the times I was there.

I first arrived in the afternoon, and paid a $10 cover and submitted to the ID check. At the front desk I noticed this black dude hanging around who seemed to be talking in whispers to one of the girl. Got the feeling he was a pimp (partly from the way he was eye'ing me up) but could be wrong. So not a great start.
