As far as NYC clubs go, this is probably the best. While most NYC clubs don't allow much touching, Penthouse has by far the best looking women. It's not cheap but the women are friendly, great eye-candy, and provide some body contact. The food/steaks are very good, and everything is charged to Robert's Steakhouse. It's not same as Las Vegas or SF standards (blame the old mayor), but few places are.
