I've been to the Blue Zebra a few times now. They have some freaky girls there and those who kinda blend in. Most girls seem interested in getting to know you a little better before they're about to grind on you. Its a strip club though, you'll get the occasional "wanna dance?" question as the icebreaker. Personally, i like to talk to the girls beforehand. Not forever, but its less mechanical. As for cost, it's pretty standard. The more you bring the more fun you'll have ( til the next morning and you look in your wallet.) For the tuscl user on a budget, bring $60, that's cover charge/drink, 2 topless or 1 nude ( be disciplined... Wait for the 2 4 1!)
