I was in Columbia on business...

I was in Columbia on business for one night, so decided to visit PP first, and then maybe head to HB. I used to really look forward to my trips to Columbia, but lately both clubs have seemed to be on a downward spiral. You can never reliably predict what you're going to get. This trip to PP was another miss.

Arrived for late happy hour and got a handful of 2-dollar bills when I handed the door girl a 20. Somethings never change. Walked in and it was pretty dead. Music blasting, no one on stage. I got a beer at the bar and was almost immediately approached by an older MIWNLF (Mother I Would Not Like to Fuck): chunky on bottom, not much up top, 5 face. I turned her away by saying that my eyes were still adjusting. True, but being able to see her more clearly would have actually decreased her chances of getting a dance out of me. Looking around, I counted less than a dozen dancers, maybe as many customers.

I moved to a table facing the stage and contemplated why they keep the music so loud when no one is dancing. The atmosphere was like a bad party where someone has turned up the music to mask that absolutely nothing else is going on. The girls started descending, one by one. The first walked up, sat down, and immediately asked if I wanted a dance. The next did almost the same thing. While I was trying to get rid of her, I looked up and saw two different dancers watching us, waiting their turn. One brunette with a 7 body and 6 face intrigued me, but when I seemed the least bit interested in her, she immediately started pushing the champagne room. Finally, a petite, cute blonde in her 30s came up, asked if she could sit down, and actually tried to engage me in conversation. I did take her for two dances, even though she wouldn't come down from $25 each, even when I asked about 5 for $100. The dances were decent, pretty standard mileage for PP, not anything to write home about. I thought about sticking around longer, but decided to cut my losses, get dinner and head to HB. (See separate review.) Left with a few hundred dollars in my pocket that I had planned to spend, and that about says everything.
