Got an unexpected bonus from work, so I decided to waste it all on an afternoon of strip-clubbing. First Stop; TD's West. This is probably the nastiest club in Tucson since the closing of The Candy Store. In Fact more than a few dancers from the CS has migrated here, but under new stage names. First off there are no bouncers during the day, only the bartender and sometimes the manager, so with that in mind, some dancers are more willing to play. If you want a dance on the floor, the dancers vary their charge from $7-10(some even more) ALWAYS ASK, if tour new, Dances on the couches around the club are 10 and can be worth it. Then they have this side room with dances for 15, no one ever uses it as it's out in the open (no privacy wall) but this time I notice that curtains have been put up separating areas, so it might be worth it. The VIP is a $20 fee to the club, plus of course what you pay the dancer. All the dancers will quote you $20 a dance but most will come down if you do multiple dances. Believe me most anything goes if you get the right dancer. This club has become my favorite, but only during the day. The quality of the dancers has improved. No Heifers on the day I visited, with a good mix of white, latino, a few blacks and an asian or two. Good fun is to be had here
