Spent Friday late afternoon and early evening hanging out at the HL. Although the parking lot seemed pretty full, I was surprised that it didn't seem that full inside. I love the afternoon shift in this place, and always enjoy seeing some of my faves. This club is medium sized, one stage, one song per dancer on stage, and LOTS of great LD talent. Contact is very nice for Phoenix, and it seems that some new faces are joining the ranks of the regular girls. There was a stunning brunette in a long black gown giving unbelievable dances to the guy right across from me. Although it was fun being a spectator, I really wanted to see her up close and personal, but I missed her, and I think she left before I could chase her down. I did enjoy lots of very nice dances from several of my regulars, and spent some quality time with my ATF, who never ceases to amaze me. Several of the girls commented how much the crowd sucked that day, that there were several big groups of guys not spending any money, but it seemed to me that the girls were staying fairly busy with LDs so it couldn't have been all bad. HL remains my favorite Phoenix club hands down, no contest.
