I spent an evening club-hopping all over Indianapolis, and thought I’d give Silk another go despite my first visit here not being too good. Unfortunately, the results turned out to be similar. There were only six dancers and maybe eight customers. The cover charge was only $5 and draft beers were only $2.50. All of the dancers were below my standards. They ranged from 2-6 in the looks department. I think all of them showed wear and tear from having kids. They were all in their late 20’s or early 30’s. Four were white and two were black. Four out of the six were overweight. All of the music was hip hop and nobody tips the stage here. The dancers were not making money. All of the patrons just sat at the bar and treated this place like a bar.

One thing I must commend Silk on is the non-dancer personnel. All of the staff here were friendly to me, which is rarely seen in the strip club circuit. The doorman and bartender were chatty. The DJ played my song requests. I am going to take Silk off of my list because there were no dancers I found attractive working here in my two visits to the establishment. Hopefully, that changes because the club seems to be working hard toward upgrading and offering the cheapest full-song lap dances in Indianapolis.
